Process for 'Change of Name' on electricity bill (MSEB)

I recently went to MSEB (Maharashtra State Eletricity Board) office in Dombivali (Thane District) for changing name on the electricity bill. I didn't know the procedure and couldn't find anything on internet. I thought it must cumbersome process and will take lot of time and effort to complete all this and thought of taking some agent's help. But then thought otherwise and I took challenge of visiting GOVERNMENT Office and trying all this by myself. And surprisingly, I found the process very simple. So thought of sharing some information here.

3. Visit MSEB office with complete filled form and required documents
4. If MSEB officer finds everything complete with all correct documents attached, she/he will accept the form and will give to submit Rs.500 and Rs.250 as procedure charges at the counter and receipts will be given to you.
5. They will promise name on the bill will be changed in next 2 billing cycles.

Total Max cost will be around Rs.1200.

Documents required:
1. 'Change of name' Form
2. Agreement Copy of buying house
3. Annexure A form on Rs.100 Stamp-paper (Notary not required...mentioning again and again because I spent Rs.150 more on notary which was required.. :P)
4. Last 2 electricity bills
5. Society NOC
6. Earlier Owner of house ( whose name is there on electricity bill) is no more. ( Need to have one more Rs.100 stamp paper. Content will be given by MSEB office. Notary required for this)
7. Share certificate ( Depends on MSEB officer if she/he asks)

Hope someone finds this information helpful.
I submitted all my docs successfully and got great satisfaction and felt like triumphant when Officer checked and accepted my form and told me that My name will start coming on electricity bill in next 2 bill cycles... :)
